Is Christian Zionism biblical—or has the Church replaced Israel in God’s plan? In this episode of Israel Unveiled, Sandy examines the growing attack on Christian Zionism, the rise of replacement theology, and why the Bible clearly affirms God’s ongoing covenant with Israel and the Jewish people.

Speaking during the season of Advent, Sandy exposes a deep identity crisis in the modern Church, marked by confusion about Jesus, the authority of Scripture, and the Church’s Jewish foundations. She traces how the early Church was rooted in Judaism, how Gentile believers were grafted into God’s promises (Romans 11), and how centuries of theological drift led many to believe the Church replaced Israel.

Using Scripture from Romans 11, Galatians 3, Jeremiah 31, Isaiah 11, and Ezekiel 37, this episode dismantles replacement theology and affirms the biblical case for Israel’s right to exist, its prophetic future, and God’s unbroken covenant with the land and the people.

Sandy also addresses the growing media and cultural assault on Christian Zionism, the spread of anti-Israel narratives, and the escalating information war shaping younger generations. She clarifies what Christian Zionism truly means—and what it does not—and warns that the battle over Israel’s story is ultimately a spiritual battle for truth.

This episode is a call to discernment, biblical clarity, and courage for believers seeking to stand on truth in a time of deception.

In this episode of Israel Unveiled, Sandy delivers part three of a teaching series on replacement theology, examining its historical development and ongoing influence in the church. She outlines how the early church’s gradual distancing from its Jewish roots, fueled by respected theologians’ anti-Semitic writings, laid the groundwork for replacement theology—the belief that the church has permanently replaced Israel in God’s redemptive plan. Sandy reviews harmful theological perspectives such as fulfillment theology and dominion theology, showing how they dismiss Israel’s significance. She concludes with a call to truth, highlighting the enduring covenant between God and the Jewish people as foundational to our trust in God’s promises to the church.

In this episode of Israel Unveiled, Sandy Wezowicz, Israel Education Director for Aglow International, addresses the rise of replacement theology in the church. She explains how the early church, once deeply connected to its Hebraic roots, gradually distanced itself due to historical events, including Constantine’s reforms. This shift led to widespread anti-Semitism and the false belief that the church replaced Israel in God’s covenant.

She calls for a biblically accurate understanding of Israel’s enduring role in God’s plan.

In this episode of Israel Unveiled, Sandy Wezowicz, Israel Education Director for Aglow International, addresses what she calls an identity crisis in the church regarding its relationship to Israel and its Jewish roots. She explains how the early church was deeply connected to Judaism, with Jesus and the apostles observing Jewish customs and identifying with their Jewish heritage. However, over time, a shift occurred, starting with the influx of Gentile believers, which gradually separated the church from its Jewish foundation. Key events, such as the Bar Kokhba revolt (132 A.D.) and Emperor Hadrian’s destruction of Jerusalem (135 A.D.), further severed the connection. As Gentile leadership increased, the church distanced itself from its Hebraic roots, effectively “Gentilizing” Jesus and creating fertile ground for anti-Semitism. Sandy highlights that the church is not a replacement for Israel but rather partakers in the covenants and promises given to the Jewish people. She emphasizes the need for believers to embrace the Jewish roots of their faith with humility and gratitude.
